Job summary

Oklahoma Safety Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support our manufacturing process. You will prepare and deliver materials per lot cards, drawings and work orders, using cutting tables, square shears and the Flashcut machine to produce gasket material for craftsmen.

You will also maintain accurate inventory for materials under your control. The role requires reading work orders, performing barcode scans, and recording transactions in the ERP system to ensure timely,

Qualifications

Prior experience with reading work orders and performing inventory transactions.
Proficiency with barcode scanning and ERP data entry.
Ability to maintain accurate material counts and timely pick/put-away actions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver materials per lot cards, drawings, and work orders.
Cut materials using cutting tables or square shears and operate the Flashcut machine.
Identify and provide required material to craftsmen and deliver promptly.
Perform order picking, complete paperwork, and operate barcode scanners.
Record transactions in the ERP system and maintain material on lot cards or job travellers.
Receive in materials for sheet and coil stock and store to prevent damage.
