Material Handler-Crating (Pre-Shipping)

ProSource Industries specializes in the manufacturing of precision components for Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies and Electrical Control Panels for OEM'S. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Material Handler to join our Pre- Shipping layout department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within our warehouse or production facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with shipping labels, packing documentation, or other pre-shipment documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and handle materials as required.
• Ability to perform physical material-handling tasks for extended periods.
