Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Material Handler in Willard, OH. Join our pressroom team to support manufacturing floor operations, moving book sections through binding and pressing equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate stackers/robots, secure materials, and assist with production flow while collaborating with teammates and embracing training opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates growth mindset and willingness to learn new roles through training.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; basic English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stackers and robots to collect, organize, and prepare book sections for production.
• Secure book sections with straps to ensure integrity during transport.
• Feed materials into binding machines and move finished products to skids/boxes.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols.
