Job summary

AMADA AMERICA, INC. in Batavia, NY, is seeking a Material Handling/Shipping/Laser Operator to support shipping duties, pull parts, laser etch, and verify products before shipment.

You must be able to stand or sit, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate UPS/FedEx software to process orders efficiently. The role offers daytime hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with potential overtime, and benefits including major medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, life

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, shipping, or similar roles.
• Ability to operate laser etch equipment.
• Experience packaging shipments using shipping software (UPS/FedEx).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in English.

DescriptionMaterial Handling/Shipping/Laser Operator: To assist with all shipping duties including: pulling parts, laser etch operation; final verification of product; packaging and processing of shipment using UPS and Fed Ex software. A solid work history and/or experience.While performing the duties of this job, the Staff Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk or hear, use hands to pick-up, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The Staff Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The Staff Member may be required to work beyond normal business hours when necessary. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pmPAY:$18.00 per hour
