Manpower SD Metro North in San Diego, CA is hiring a Material Handler Associate II to support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control. The position runs Friday through Monday from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM and is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a four-day workweek.

You will use ERP/shipping systems and various warehouse equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and help ensure GMP/FDA-compliant operations. A minimum of two years in shipping/receiving and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving or material handling experience.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
• GMP or FDA-regulated environment experience is a plus.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and dolly experience.
• Experience with shipping systems such as FedEx.
• High attention to detail and strong communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Clean CA driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory.
• Prepare shipping docs and customer orders.
• Pack products for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Operate ERP/shipping systems and warehouse equipment.
• Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
