Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for its San Diego, CA site on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on shipping/receiving/inventory with 40 hours per week in the 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, data entry in SAP, and safe handling of time-sensitive and regulated materials. Requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience; valid California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years in materials distribution (shipping/receiving/inventory) or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.
Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading/unloading materials and verify against packing slips and SAP.
Ensure proper handling and storage of time-sensitive and regulated materials.
Enter data into SAP and manage mailroom and receiving tasks.
Operate pallet jack and occasional forklift; maintain accurate records.
Provide courteous service to customers and follow EH&S policies.
