Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for the afternoon shift (Tue–Fri, 12:00pm–08:30pm) with a Saturday 08:00am–04:30pm schedule. The role involves moving material and inventory, using hand trucks and conveyors, packing and counting products, and verifying orders with a handheld scanner.

You must be at least 18 and able to read safety documents. Base pay is $17.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members.
