The focus should be on the position and not the current incumbent.*****Summary:** Reporting to the Materials Manager this position will be responsible for receiving all SAP ordered items in a timely and accurate manner. Maintaining accurate paperwork and understanding batch run materials is crucial to the success of this position. This is a high visibility position that has impact on many areas of operations.## **Essential duties and responsibilities:*** Receiving primary, secondary, and raw materials into SAP that deliver into the plant or any contracted warehouses.* Maintaining accurate shipping paperwork, Certificate of Analysis, driver information, and any other receiving information that will align with all Kraft Heinz standards.* Handle all discrepancies that may arise in the receiving process.* Maintain Employee Food Safety Awareness.* Flexibility to work all hours and weekends as necessary.* Performs other duties as assigned**This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.****Proficiencies/ABILITIES:** These are key observable/measurable skills, knowledge and behaviors required that contribute to successful performance in the position.
