OMNI Systems is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift in Ohio to unload deliveries, stage production, and maintain organized inventory. Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, material movement, and supporting shop floor requests with attention to safety and quality standards.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may prefer forklift certification. You will work Monday through Friday, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM, with benefits after 90 days and opportunities to participate in
Material Handlers are responsible for unloading deliveries, staging products according to production orders, and maintaining organized inventory. They support warehouse operations by managing stock, fulfilling shop floor requests, and moving pallets of raw materials and finished goods.
Third Shift runs Monday through Friday, 10:45PM-7:15AM
Third-shift employees with 90 days of service will receive an additional $3.00 per hour, contingent on attendance and aligned with OMNIs 'Attendance Incentive Program' and procedures. Program duration, incentive amounts, payment schedules, and shift allocations remain subject to company discretion and may be changed, amended, or discontinued at any time.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Material Handlers are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and frequently encounter fumes or airborne particles. While the manufacturing area is climate controlled, employees may experience relatively warm or cold temperatures throughout the year. Additionally, the noise level in the work environment is usually loud, however, hearing protection is provided and not necessary in all areas of facility.
