Job summary

ams OSRAM is hiring a 3rd shift Material Handler to support shipping, receiving and material movement. You will load/unload, prepare shipments, and perform cycle counts while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires lift truck operation, organization, and the ability to work under time constraints. Competitive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must pass lift and drug tests.
• Licensed/certified lift operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and perform complex tasks in a timely manner.

• Verify receipts and complete computerized transactions.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate a lift truck to move goods; multi-tasking required.

Your tasks

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing complex tasks involved in the handling of materials.

• Shipping and receiving materials.

• Storing materials properly in designated areas, following instructions to issue/return materials, returning rejected materials, prepares merchandise for transfer, arranges for pick-ups, loads/unloads of trucks and prepares paperwork and labels for shipments.

• Verifies receipt of product to stores location, store to store transfers, return authorization requests, and completes/verifies computerized transactions.

• Conducts inventory/cycle counts procedures and can follow packing slip and delivery procedures.

• Operates a lift truck to transport goods and material throughout the facility, must have the ability to work under time constraints, multi-tasking and prioritization skills are necessary.

• Also Interacts with internal/external associates and truck drivers/delivery personnel daily.

3rd Shift Material Handler 11pm-7am

Pay Rate: $20/hour

$3.00 shift differential

Who we are looking for

Qualifications.

• Must successfully pass Industrial lift Physical & Drug Test.

• Must be tested/maintain a valid lift operation license/certification.

• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.

• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
