Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a NOC/Manufacturing Operator to operate lamp making equipment on the 2nd shift and support daily production tasks. You will oversee machine functions, use testing equipment, and interact with the production information systems while training new associates as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership-ready candidates with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and adherence to production controls.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a leadership role.
• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job.
• Must be able to pass vision acuity test.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.

• Operate lamp making equipment in the manufacturing environment under limited supervision.
• Be proficient at operating and understanding the machine functions and supporting the daily requirements.

Your tasks

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

$2.00 shift differential
