This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Responsibilities:

1. Pick materials from storage per production work orders and replenish rubber for press operations.
2. Manage material disposal and recycling in accordance with standard procedures.
3. Transport materials to outside storage areas and maintain the recycle area.
4. Empty waste containers and remove previous job's components, returning them to storage and updating the system.
5. Utilize KBM software to search for materials, count inventory, and process transactions.
6. Maintain housekeeping of work areas and participate in continuous improvement activities.
7. Support internal departments by retrieving raw materials and assisting as needed.
8. Demonstrate professional behavior, fostering approachability, patience, and mutual respect.

Your background:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift proficiency; previous certification preferred
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform push and pull functions
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
