Job summary

VSE is seeking a detail-oriented Storeroom/Inventory Associate to manage receipt and issuance of product items, maintain Kanban in SAP, and monitor part shortages. You will process repairs, handle non-product items, and ensure accurate cert documentation within 24 hours.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, labeling, and creating related orders, while adhering to ASP 411 standards and company safety policies. This role requires US work authorization and basic SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive all product items and process as per purchase order instructions, including proper receipt and possible issue in SAP within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate receiving and cert documentation for all valuations of parts; new, overhaul, exchange.
• Process all part pulls, both repair and engine, timely and accurately.
• Maintain the Kanban system within SAP.
• Notify provisioning team of any potential part shortages.
• Process all window parts requests and bench stock refill requests within 24 hours.
• Label all parts issued and stored per ASP 411; create storeroom sales orders and route through CRB.
• Scan all PWC certs into Fastindex and perform audit trail verification.
• Perform annual cycle counts of all stocked inventory and correct as required; maintain cycle count documentation.
• Maintain stock in all Repair Line Kanban cabinets and ensure proper issuing of parts to CS orders.
• Comply with all company work rules and safety procedures; read and follow UTC Code of Ethics.

Liaison with Bruckner to resolve any issues with orders placed to ensure prompt delivery of items.Receive and issue Spot Buys within the Bruckner system; to include proper receipt / issue within the Bruckner system. Properly dispose of any expired shelf-life inventory.Perform an annual cycle count of all stocked inventory and correct if required.
