VSE is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk for the 1st shift in Bridgeport, WV. You will manage PWES-owned and PWES-consignment engine parts, complete SAP transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential. The role requires adherence to EH&S standards and collaboration with shop personnel.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage pool of PWES-owned exchange engine parts and PWES-owned consignment engine parts (approximately 400 items).
• Complete exchange paperwork, perform SAP issue transactions, and physically issue parts from stock.
• Secure exchange core assets and process units for overhaul through internal or approved external vendors.
• Stock serviceable inventory in a secure, organized fashion with proper protection and documentation.
• Complete overhaul paperwork, perform SAP transactions, and issue parts from stock.
• Ensure physical inventory matches SAP quantities and PN’s.
• Perform cycle and/or physical inventory counts per PWES schedule; report discrepancies in SAP.
• Receive consignment parts from PWES, mark as PWCS property, and store in segregated area.
• Coordinate pulls from PWCS Consignment, generate SAP movements, and issue parts to engine S/O.
• Route parts between warehouse and shop while meeting Quality and EH&S standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage pool of PWES-owned exchange engine parts, and PWES-owned consignment engine parts consisting of approximately four hundred items
• Complete exchange paperwork, perform SAP issue transactions, and physically issue part from stock
• Secure exchange core assets and process units for overhaul through an internal source (e.g. CRB or Repair Line) or an approved external vendor
• Stock serviceable inventory in secure, organized fashion with appropriate protection and documentation
• Complete overhaul paperwork, perform SAP issue transactions, and physically issue part from stock
• Ensure physical inventory matches SAP system inventory quantities and PN’s
• Perform cycle and/or physical inventory counts as per approved PWES schedule; report discrepancies and process adjustments in SAP
• Receive consignment parts from PWES, clearly mark as PWCS property, and store in segregated area
• Coordinate pulls from PWCS Consignment, generate SAP inventory movements, and issue parts to engine S/O
• Route parts between warehouse and shop while meeting all necessary Quality and EH&S standards
• Perform other assigned duties as assigned
