ManpowerGroup is seeking a Material Handler for a Portageville, MO site to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role focuses on moving materials safely and accurately, operating forklifts, and ensuring timely delivery to production.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be willing to work a 3pm–11pm shift, including weekends, and adhere to 5S principles.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to become proficient in handling, storing, and moving materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Willing and able to work any shift, including off shifts and weekends.

Mansioni

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Accurately receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and products.
• Support production by ensuring timely delivery of materials to appropriate departments.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of material movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.
