Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Material Handler for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will ensure timely delivery of products, move materials within the plant, and support inventory accuracy while operating a forklift and lifting devices safely.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Prior material handling or HiLo experience is preferred, and ESOP benefits accompany

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to obtain basic forklift operation skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Operate forklift and lifting devices to move materials safely.
• Unloads and stacks materials, transfers between locations as needed to support production.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in feasible cycle counts.
• Assist with loading/unloading and preparing shipments.
• Support plant flow and production schedules with timely material movement.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a drug- and accident-free environment.
