Acara Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on Material Handler to ensure smooth flow of materials, tools, and inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.

You will perform cleaning, packaging, material handling, inventory management, and system transactions, while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role offers a compressed 12-hour shift pattern and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, and inventory management following procedures.
• Ensure materials and tools are tracked, stored, labeled, and prepared for production or shipment.
• Conduct quality checks for cleanliness, packaging standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Support improvements, projects, and standardization efforts.
• Assist with onboarding and training while collaborating with team members for safe operations.

What You'll Do:

• Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and system transactions following established procedures.
• Ensure materials, tools, and products are accurately tracked, stored, labeled, and prepared for production or shipment.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related operational environment.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and 5S+1 expectation while working in cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing support environments.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and communicate operational data, information, and documents.
