Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing and able to become fork truck licensed.
• Hazmat certification required within 90 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock or other materials to/from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using trucks or other equipment.
• Use standard measuring instruments.
• Unload trucks at the receiving dock and perform the related SAP transactions.
• Generate improvement ideas on a weekly basis.
• Participate in team-based improvement activities.
• Actively participate in standard work revisions.
• Clean, maintain, and organize assigned area.
• Frequent heavy lifting.
• Perform Hazardous Waste Management (daily inspection, shipping prep, etc.).
• Able to interpret shop blueprints; MOSs and BOMs; and perform shop math.
• Deliver materials and essential supplies throughout the plant.
• Assist with die keeping.
