Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role pays $21.00-$22.50 per hour and runs from 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 10:00pm to 6:00am.

Responsibilities include recording data, labeling, printing tooling layouts, picking from the warehouse for machinery, and moving materials between departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 25 lbs, read and write in English, and stand all shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous industrial experience a plus.
• Ability to operate forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record data and print tooling layouts using computer programs.
• Follow orders to pick from the warehouse for machinery.
• Maintain skills through training and on-the-job instruction.
• Count and identify materials in the warehouse.
• Move materials between departments and manage in/out flow.
• Replenish designated locations as needed.
• Operate equipment in Materials area, including tugger and forklift.
• Perform line side storage, cycle counts and move tickets.
• Identify shipping destinations and ensure correct containers for UPS.
• Receipt methods and coordinate with departments for receipts.
