Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a forklift operator in Forney, Texas. The role requires safe operation of sit-down forklifts and EPJs, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining organized warehouse space. Attendance, performance, and safety are rewarded through incentives and the Employee Ownership Program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to work overtime and cover shifts.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts/EPJs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift and/or EPJs safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload RJW trucks/trailers and outside carriers.
• Maintain orderly warehouse area and proper stock storage.
• Record and verify shipments against paperwork.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report issues.
