Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a Picker role in our Bolingbrook warehouse. You will operate sit-down forklifts and walkies to pick customer orders, stage shipments, and maintain orderly storage areas.

Attendance, reliability, and strong English communication are essential. We offer 1st and 2nd shifts with lucrative incentive pay, including attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus step increases and premium pay for qualified equipment operators.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift driving experience in a warehouse using sit down forklifts and walkies.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications a plus.
• Must read, write, speak English and communicate effectively.
• Attendance and good attendance record are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and walkies safely to pick and stage orders.
• Drive sit-down forklifts and walkies to move stock and assemble orders.
• Verify orders for accuracy and prepare shipments.
• Follow safety policies and maintain orderly warehouse area.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
