Job summary

SaniSure is a high-growth manufacturer of single-use products for biopharma, located in Camarillo, CA. This Material Handler role supports production by preparing and storing materials, processing receipts, and delivering supplies to the line.

Responsibilities include inventory control, accurate data entry, and collaboration with Leads and Supervisors. Requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift experience; on-site, 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move products within warehouse using forklift, pallet jacks, counting scale, to clean rooms or storage areas.
• Move finished products from cleanroom to Final Inspection.
• Pick parts for jobs based on BOM and identify lot numbers for moved products.
• Follow directions and communicate with Leads, Production Supervisor and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and storing materials for production. Processes, checks, verifies, and inventories materials received and released to Production. Completes related computer entries and documentation. Stores inventory properly in correct locations and ensures proper rotation of dated materials. Receives production line requests and delivers supplies to the line accurately and timely. Assists area personnel as needed and keeps Lead and Production Supervisor informed of significant problems.

Essential Functions

• Use forklift, pallet jacks, counting scale and other equipment to move product from warehouse or clean zone to the clean rooms and/or to specific storage areas.
• Move finished products from cleanroom to Final Inspection.
• Responsible for picking the parts for the Jobs/Work Orders based on a bill of materials; required to identify lot numbers for each product moved to the production/clean rooms.
• Follow directions and communicate clearly with the Leads, Production Supervisor and other departments.
• Acts as primary back up for tube cutter.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certified a plus.

• Ability to maintain accurate paperwork
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to use related computer applications (Excel, Outlook and ERP system)
• Requires valid CA Driver License and proof of automobile insurance.
