Starting Pay: $19-$20/hour + $0.50 Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Accurately stock, remove, and manage products and supplies according to inventory plans.
• Order Fulfillment: Select, process, and package customer orders with precision.
• Logistics Support: Load and unload trucks, ensuring correct items are handled.
• Equipment Operation: Operate machinery, including saws, as required.
• Quality Control: Identify and segregate defective materials; perform cycle counts.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintenance: Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean work area.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. over 100 feet.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Physical capability to sit for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping motions.
• Strong safety mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with handheld measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with database programs and Microsoft Office.
