2nd Shift Part Time Warehouse Material Handler

Join us as a 2nd Shift Part Time Warehouse Material Handler at Coca-Cola Consolidated.

Position Details

Location: Skyland
Pay Range: $13.84 - $16.83 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Part-time, 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3 pm until completion)

Job Overview

The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by retrieving and stacking products according to Pick Tickets, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This involves traveling within the warehouse to build stable pallets and transporting them using Powered Industrial Trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and palletize products safely and accurately as per instructions
  • Transport pallets within the warehouse using PIT equipment
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
  • Perform daily PIT checks and report issues
  • Correct discrepancies in product or quantity as needed
  • Support warehouse operations in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
  • Up to 12 months of relevant work experience
  • PIT Certification for Pallet Jack
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and walk/repetitively lift 30 lbs
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills
  • Ability to read instructions from a computer screen
  • Ability to work in noisy, non-climate-controlled environments
  • Self-starter with initiative and flexibility
Work Environment

Hot in summer, cold in winter, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled.
