Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain system accuracy and perform receiving, organizing, segregating, identifying, and storing all inventory materials across warehouses, both physically and within the ERP system.
- Unload, put away, sort, label, pick, package, replenish, and audit warehouse materials, ensuring organized storage locations.
- Issue materials to WIP and finished goods using the ERP system, generating pick lists as needed.
- Manage warehouse requests via email, including quality material releases, shipment notifications, pull requests, and cycle counts.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified with G&D item numbers, matched to ERP IDs, segregated from non-inventory materials, and stored correctly.
- Move materials manually, or using pallet jacks or forklifts to maintain flow.
- Conduct physical and cycle counts, participating in annual inventories.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain secured material regulations.
- Resolve discrepancies with managerial assistance.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in inventory management and warehousing preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Effective organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
