Job summary

Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company, is seeking a Material Handler to manage receiving, storing, moving, and shipping of materials. You’ll ensure timely order flow and maintain accurate inventory in a full‑time, on‑site role in Vermont.

Expect a pay range of $20–$30 per hour with a $2000 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits starting on day one. The role includes lifting up to 40 pounds, operating forklift equipment, and working 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Min. 2 years of experience operating a forklift and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, and store in stock room.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording incoming shipments and outgoing transactions.
• Prepare, kit, and issue materials for assembly teams.
• Support inventory auditing, including cycle counting.
• Prepare and process small package shipments (UPS/Fedex/DHL).
• Support shipping team by assembling crates for shipments.
