Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler 2 in Livermore, CA to execute routine material movement and inventory control tasks to support production and logistics.

You will ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas, maintain inventory integrity, and help maintain a clean, organized work environment. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, transporting between areas, updating ERP stock, and aiding with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• Operative/Technician roles will typically operate more complex machinery/processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
• Safely transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Package and label materials according to internal procedures and industry standards.
• Support kitting and staging materials for production use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring compliance with ESD and contamination control protocols.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.

Job Description

Pay Range

$19.30 - $25.36

Pay Range Explained

This role in Livermore, California pays between $19.30 and $25.36 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
