Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler 2 to move and control inventory for production, ensuring timely delivery of materials to the shop floor.

You will operate in a cleanroom-adjacent setting, follow kitting and labeling procedures, and maintain accurate ERP records while upholding safety and contamination controls. The role supports logistics and production workflows, requiring 1–2 years of related experience and the ability to work a Sunday–Wednesday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Operative/Technician roles may operate more complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
• Safely transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Package and label materials according to internal procedures and industry standards.
• Support kitting and staging materials for production use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring ESD and contamination control compliance.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement culture.

The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.

Job Description

The Material Handler 2 is responsible for executing routine material movement and inventory control tasks. This role supports production and logistics operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role is critical to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production areas, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting a clean and organized work environment.
