Dexcom is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler 2 at our Mesa, AZ facility. This role supports receiving, shipping, manufacturing, and inventory control under cGMP and safety standards. You will transact in ERP/WMS, look up material status, and assist with cycle counts, requiring 2+ years in material handling and 1 year in ERP/WMS.

Strong English communication and basic MS Office skills are essential. You may operate powered equipment and must be able to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related material handling experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficient in basic data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing tasks including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control under safety and quality procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment and perform transactions in ERP/WMS.
• Prepare pick lists, verify materials against paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with internal partners via Outlook.

Material Handler 2 performs a variety of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position is responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.Schedule :2B Thur-Sat, every other Wednesday, Can work anytime from 5pm-5amLocation:8046 E Ray RD Mesa 85212Where you come in:Completes all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.Unload, load, put away and retrieve material utilizing hand trucks, powered forklifts, or other material handling equipment.Able to obtain and/or has been certified on at least one types of material handling equipment.Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts, material receipts, shipments, etc.Able to look-up material status/location in ERP/WMS system.Utilizes Outlook to send emails to internal partners.Able to complete basic data entry in Excel or other programs.Performs 7-point inspection on tractor trailers prior to unloading/loading materials.Inspects inbound materials for damages.Verifies material information including but not limited to part number, lot number, expiration date, quantity against vendor paperwork and PO.Reviews raw material specification for instructions prior to receiving/labeling materials.Prepares pick list for materials based on request from manufacturing and/or planning.Picks, stages, and transacts bulk and non-bulk materials.Actively looking for opportunities to drive improvements in operation and brings up suggestions to supervisory staff.What makes you successful:2+ years of experience in material handling role.1 year utilizing Oracle/WMS or 2 years of experience completing transactions in other ERP/WMS system1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipmentBasic computer data entry skillsBasic understanding of Microsoft OfficeAbility to obtain a forklift certificationStrong written and verbal English communication skillsStrong mathematical and problem-solving skillsWhat you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
