Job summary

Rockwell Automation is hiring a full-time Material Handler 2 for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM) in Twinsburg, Ohio. You will transport materials, replenish production lines, and ensure accurate inventory using ERP and RF scanners.

A High School Diploma/GED is required and visa sponsorship is not provided. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, and a flexible schedule in coordination with your manager.

We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time Material Handler 2. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sun-Thurs, 10:30 PM – 6:30AM) with a 10% shift premium.

Your Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using powered industrial equipment.
• Perform material replenishment to support production lines and assembly operations.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using ERP, WMS, RF scanners, or other inventory management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Use documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems for receiving, picking or delivering parts Assemble product, delivers material to the production area, pick up waste, and deliver finished product on a scheduled basis following a set route May also assist with changeover, provide tools and materials, and give any additional help needed to maintain standard work and keep the flow going.
• Work with little direction and have ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles to load, unload and transfer materials.

Essentials - You Will Have:

• A minimum of High School Diploma/GED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
