Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Terrell, TX is seeking a Material Handler 2 for the Custom Entrance team on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will move metal products from tables, crates, and trucks to the production area, while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role is ideal for detail-oriented, reliability-driven individuals who can perform rotating tasks and adapt to a fast-paced fabrication environment within our growing manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production facility, preferred.
• Uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials including metal, doors, frame from tables, delivery trucks, and/or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications.
