As a Material Handler II at Honeywell, you will be a key part of our Integrated Supply Chain in Torrance, CA. You will support manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components throughout production.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will work at our Torrance, CA location.

Your responsibilities include utilizing warehouse management techniques for shipping, logistics coordination, receipts and inspections, inventory control, handling nonconforming inventory, material handling & packaging, and system management. The role requires high organization, time management, and attention to detail to meet deadlines and ensure quality. All members must comply with safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process physical and system material movements
• Handle inbound/outbound materials per requirements
• Inspect and test incoming materials
• Pick and put-away materials
• Complete cycle counts and inventory management tasks
• Manage transactions for nonconforming materials
• Initiate and close quality notifications
• Coordinate with suppliers for RMAs
• Create purchase orders for various needs
• Identify problem shelf materials
• Coordinate with freight carriers
• Participate in 5S and other activities
• Perform SAP transactions and follow work instructions
• Participate in inventory counts and logistics tasks
• Assist in logistics as needed
• Attend team/tier meetings

U.S. Person Requirements

Salary range: $42,000 - $62,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
