Job summary

Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Cleveland, OH, to support production by pulling materials, stocking workstations, and delivering items to the appropriate workstations. The role requires flexibility to assist all areas as needed and operates on a first shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with full benefits from day one. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across the facility, including

Qualifications

• Must have material handling/warehouse/manufacturing or production experience.
• Lead experience coordinating a small team preferred.
• Ability to safely lift/move transport materials throughout facility.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials according to production requirements.
• Stock workstations and maintain material flow throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Deliver materials to designated production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material handling records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Support multiple departments and production areas as business needs require.
