Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Faribault, MN to manage material tracking, storage and issuance to production lines. You will support shipping/receiving, assist in work instructions, and help maintain inventory accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires a valid forklift license and at least one year of forklift experience. Familiarity with electronic inventory systems and Lean manufacturing concepts is preferred; candidate must be capable of following documented procedures

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid forklift license and have one year of forklift experience.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems and data entry in Windows environments.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, organize, and follow documented procedures.

Responsibilities

• Control tracking, storage and issuance of materials to production lines.
• Assist in development of work instructions and special projects.
• Support shipping/receiving and packaging activities as needed.
• Maintain FIFO and cycle counts; ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
