The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. The position offers a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with 32 hours guaranteed per week and potential up to 40 hours depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to understand written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Apply glue and perform other material preparation tasks as needed.
• Load and stack products onto carts, including overhead stacking.
• Safely move materials by hand, carts, or other equipment.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull carts up to 400 lbs.
• Inspect products for quality and dimensions.
• Read work orders and complete paperwork accurately.
• Use a tape measure to verify material dimensions.
