Harmar Mobility LLC Raymore, Missouri, is seeking a qualified Material Handler for 1st shift. You will be on your feet, move parts, and work as a team to support manufacturing of mobility products. This hourly role pays $19–$22 with proven experience, with overtime and strong benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, good attendance and steady schedule.
• Must pass background and drug screen (including THC).
• Read pick list (English) and verify counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to pack, build and ship pallets.
• Pack products into boxes ready to ship.
• Pull products off the line and stack on pallets.
• Operate a pallet jack and use a reach truck or forklift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the daily scheduled production.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
• Report component shortages to Supply Chain and Production Manager.
• Assess adequacy of component stocking levels.
• Coordinate the flow of products through manufacturing.
• Motivate team members to meet project goals.
