Job summary

Harmar, a leading manufacturer of mobility solutions, seeks an experienced Material Handler in Raymore, MO. You will stock, pick, package, and ship parts, operate forklifts/reach trucks, and ensure a safe, efficient warehouse flow in a non-climate-controlled environment.

You will stand for long periods, lift up to 70 pounds, and participate in a team-driven safety and quality culture with regular overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read pick lists in English and verify counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• 0
• Hold a steady, consistent work schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background and drug screen (including THC).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to pack, build and ship pallets.
• Experience with inventory scanning and handheld devices.
• Experience with forklift, pallet jack or reach truck operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the daily scheduled production.
• -Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
• -Report component part shortages to Supply Chain and Production Manager.
• -Assess adequacy of component stocking levels.
• -Coordinate flow of products through manufacturing.
• -Motivate team members to achieve project execution.
