Job summary

Accupac is seeking a Material Handler - Warehouse in Souderton, PA. The role involves safely operating baler equipment, processing scrap cardboard, and creating baled bundles for shipment while maintaining clean production areas and following GMP procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine
• Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard
• Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas
• Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors
• Perform all duties in compliance with company SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
• Skills & Competencies:
• Physical stamina to walk quickly for full shift period on concrete floors
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly (up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to stay focused and follow instructions consistently
• Basic understanding of safety practices and machinery operation
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs from floor to waist level
• Push/pull loaded bins or pallets weighing up to 100 lbs
• Climb step ladders and maintain balance while working at heights
• Must have clear vision, peripheral awareness, and ability to distinguish colors
• Must be able to hear alarms and spoken instructions over plant noise
• Must have the stamina to walk quickly and work overtime or extended shifts as needed
