Job Description
Qualified candidates must be able to perform various jobs, tasks, or duties as required, including working their shift, overtime, and weekends. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, cleanup, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication, sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items, dump rework, operating a forklift, preparing and packaging products, and other duties assigned by supervision.

• Must be trained and certified on the forklift.
• Trained and able to demonstrate hazardous chemical handling (caustic, flavoring).
• Proficient in operating stretch wrappers.
• Must be proficient with forklift operations on all lines.
• Load trucks properly.
• Complete and modify pick sheets as needed.
• Communicate professionally with visitors and customers.
• Basic knowledge of roll-up door operation and repair.
• Understand inventory procedures.
• Demonstrate pallet transfer operations.
• Reconcile finished products accurately.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Related Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing

Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry

• Follow written rules and procedures
• Produce accurate documentation
• Maintain acceptable attendance
• Willing to learn various positions and fill in as needed
