Standard Iron is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support Shipping/Receiving and Fabrication/Profiling. You will safely move, stage, and supply materials to ensure smooth production flow and accurate inventory control.

Second shift (Tue-Fri, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM) with a $3.00/hour differential and a $1,000 hiring bonus paid over the first year. Starting pay ranges from $20–$28/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and follow work orders and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished parts to and from fabrication and profiling work areas.
• Supply production equipment with the appropriate materials according to work orders and schedules.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and storage areas.
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs to support efficient workflow.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes (as required).
• Verify materials, quantities, and part numbers against work orders and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and assist with inventory control as needed.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.

We are currently seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our Shipping/Receiving & Fabrication/Profiling departments. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, staging, and supplying materials to ensure efficient production flow. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain organized operations, support production schedules, and ensure materials are available when needed.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $20.00-28.00per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)

$1,000 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

Second Shift

• Tuesday-Friday
• 8:00Am-6:30PM
• 4-Day Work Week
• Additional $3.00/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 60 lbs.).
