Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a reliable forklift operator to support production and material handling on 1st and 2nd shifts in Minnesota. Responsibilities include moving product with forklift, preparing materials, operating dryers, and ensuring quality while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and at least 6 months forklift experience. OT may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; read and understand work instructions.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience; independent decision-making and self-management.
• Basic math skills and comfortable using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Move products using forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare materials for production and verify required specs.
• Operate dryers and monitor moisture levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and prevent contamination.
• Check and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure quality; adapt schedule as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
