Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a 1st or 2nd shift warehouse associate to operate forklift equipment, move materials, and assist production teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, at least 6 months forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs; overtime is required as needed and safety PPE is provided. This position offers steady hours and potential career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and understanding work instructions is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are essential.
• 6 months of forklift experience preferred; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place and retrieve product from designated areas via forklift and other material handling equipment to meet production and customer needs.
• Prepare materials for production by identifying required materials, mixing, weighing, labeling, counting, and palletizing as per job specs.
• Maintain cleanliness of material handling equipment to prevent contamination and ensure safe operation.
• Inspect and ensure proper operation of forklift and equipment; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Ensure quality of work, adapt to changing company needs, and perform any other duties as assigned.
