The schedule is 12-hour shifts (3 on, 4 off, then 4 on, 3 off) on a compressed workweek, with eligibility for ITAR compliance and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate operational data.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a compressed schedule.
• U.S. work authorization required by ITAR and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and system transactions.
• Ensure materials, tools, and products are tracked, stored, labeled, and prepared for production or shipment.
• Conduct quality checks related to cleanliness, packaging, inventory accuracy, and material condition.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and process standardization.
• Assist with onboarding and training while coordinating with team members for safe, efficient operations.
