Ball Corporation is seeking a Material Handler at our Glendale, AZ facility to support a high-volume, 12-hour shift rotation. The role involves operating a forklift, coordinating materials, and ensuring adherence to safety and 5S standards.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies, while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance across all duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or education equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.
• Willing to operate forklift and follow 5S and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.
• Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.
