Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to ensure finished products are packaged, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. You will also maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, package, and prepare finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements
• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and required shipping documentation
• Verify shipment accuracy against work orders, customer orders, and packing instructions
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and schedule pickups as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory by processing shipping transactions in the inventory management system
• Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and handled to prevent damage during transit
• Organize and stage outgoing shipments for efficient loading and delivery
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines while meeting shipping deadlines
