Intervala, located in Mount Pleasant, PA, is hiring a Shipping Material Handler to join our electronics manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on preparing, packing, and shipping finished products with strong emphasis on accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will verify orders, generate labels, and coordinate with carriers while maintaining inventory integrity. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift and move materials safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, package, and prepare finished products for shipment per customer and company requirements.
• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Verify shipment accuracy against work orders and packing instructions.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and schedule pickups as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by processing shipping transactions in the system.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage.
• Organize and stage outgoing shipments for efficient loading and delivery.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe shipping area and follow procedures.

As a Shipping Material Handler, you'll be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping finished products while ensuring inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and on-time deliveries.

What You'll Do

• Pick, verify, package, and prepare finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements
• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and required shipping documentation
• Verify shipment accuracy against work orders, customer orders, and packing instructions
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and schedule pickups as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory by processing shipping transactions in the inventory management system
• Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and handled to prevent damage during transit
• Organize and stage outgoing shipments for efficient loading and delivery
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines while meeting shipping deadlines
