Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Material Handler in Eden Prairie, MN to safely operate powered industrial vehicles, unload materials, coordinate workflow and stock work centers. You will use an electronic system to locate materials and ensure accurate material handling.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to one year of manufacturing experience. Prior PIV experience and basic computer skills are a plus. 2nd shift: 1pm–9:30pm, onsite.

• Safely and effectively operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV’s) in congested areas.
• Operate dock lock mechanisms to lock trailers.
• Safely unload materials from truck trailers.
• Coordinate work flow.
• Stack materials into racks and stock work centers.
• Utilize an electronic computer system to accurately locate materials.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• And up to (1) year of combined experience in manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Prior PIV experience
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new computer programs.

HOURS: 2nd shift 1pm – 9:30pm (Monday to Friday) Overtime as business needs dictates.

Work location: Onsite [Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA] Travel: May include up to [5% domestic] Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $51,760 - $71,170, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
