Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in New Richmond, WI. This permanent, fully onsite role involves ensuring materials are available for production, assisting with shipping/receiving, and operating equipment as needed to maintain smooth workflow.

Eligible applicants benefit from on-the-job training, cross-training opportunities, and a stable full-time schedule, with a pay range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Willingness to work up to 8 hours of overtime per week as needed.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
