Job summary

American Air Filter Company is seeking a warehouse associate to support order placement, fulfillment, and shipping activities. You will assist in manufacturing tasks using table saws and basic tools, while moving inventory safely within our warehouse and preparing shipments for delivery.

The role requires reliability, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with DOT medical card. On-site operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience handling client orders.
• Ability to pull and assemble customer orders accurately.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service to clients with placing and fulfilling orders.
• Pull customer orders accurately.
• Manufacture custom filters using a table saw, measuring tape, and simple stapling assembly or glue roller machine.
• Prepare orders for outgoing shipments / deliveries via FedEx and regular freight carriers.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as vans, trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and shipping facilities.
• Receive incoming stock shipments / unloading of trucks / stacking of inventory.
• Perform quarterly filter maintenance changes on roof top units once per quarter-2 weeks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse-sweep, trash, clean bathrooms weekly.
• Load and deliver shipments on branch or customer trucks.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Rate of pay for this position is $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr depending on experience level.

Position Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent;
2. Possess and maintain valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical card in accordance with FMCSA requirements;
3. Possess good communication and organization skills;
4. Reliable transportation to and from work.

Salary Description

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
