InterFlex Acquisition Co LLC and Their Recruiting Partners is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and move materials between the warehouse and production areas. You will follow BRC food safety rules and participate in inventory counts while coordinating with shop floor and office staff.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and safety gear are provided as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Ability to move, identify, transport and dispose of materials.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read Bills of Lading, orders and packing lists.

The purpose of this position is to handle, move and store materials in the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor. You will drive a forklift in the warehouse and throughout the plant. You will move materials from the warehouse to machine centers on the production floor. You will receive training throughout your employment. You will be expected to follow all BRC food safety rules throughout your employment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:All employees must follow all proper safety procedures and regulations, including wearing required protective gear and dispose of materials as required.Must identify, transport, pack, remove and properly dispose of material.You will physically move material along with using proper equipment to move product as requiredYou will interact with all warehouse, shop floor and office staff.You will participate in counting inventory as needed in the warehouse.SKILLS REQUIRED:Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift, box truckAbility to follow all proper inventory control procedures.Ability to learn and apply Benchmark Training requirements.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Must be at least 18 years old with a current, valid driver’s license.Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all other employees.Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.Must have basic computer input skills.
